Breen - Loeb's experience would be a massive help to M-Sport Ford

Craig Breen believes that Sebastien Loeb's experience could only benefit M-Sport Ford in the development of hybrid Rally1 Puma taking into account the fact that he is less years than the last one in the sport.

Sebastien Loeb tested the hybrid Rally1 Puma earlier this week in Spain and it was rumored since last August that he would make his return to WRC with M-Sport Ford in a selected number of events next season.

It must be mentioned that the French driver had mentioned last August that he would offer his services to the British team if Malcolm Wilson wished it.

So far, the hybrid Puma has been tested by Loeb, Breen and Adrien Fourmaux with the last one having driven it in the Goodwood festival for launching it.

"It’s always going to be a benefit if there’s somebody with more experience than me coming", Breen told DirtFish.

"I don’t know what the plans are, but if it was to be Adrien and Gus in the team next year then that would make me the most experienced driver and I don’t have masses of time in the sport.

"From that side, I certainly wouldn’t see it as a bad thing if that Loeb driving for M-Sport did happen.

"I’ll just focus on my own stuff.

"I would like to have somebody come along with more experience than me – that can only benefit the team and that’s not to take anything away from the other guys who might be in the team.

"Money can’t buy experience and you just can’t beat it.

"It would be a massive help".
