The organizers of Rally Estonia announced the entries of their event which reach the 53.
Toyota will field five cars for Elfyn Evans, Sebastien Ogier, Oliver Solberg, Takamoto Katsuta and Sami Pajari. Esapekka Lappi returns back to the wheel of the third Hyundai i20N Rally1 and will have Thierry Neuville and Adrien Fourmaux as his teammates. Finally, M-Sport Ford will be represented by three drivers as Martins Sesks's programme includes Rally Estonia and will team up with Josh McErlean and Jon Armstrong.
The WRC2 participants are 26 with the most important being Roope Korhonen, Teemu Suninen, Gus Greensmith, Yuki Yamamoto and Egon Kaur with the Toyota GR Yaris Rally2. Mikko Heikkila, Mille Johansson, Lauri Joona, Jan Solans, Emil Lindholm, Fabrizio Zaldivar and Robert Virves will drive a Skoda Fabia RS Rally2. On the other hand, M-Sport Ford chose to compete with Romet Jurgenson in Estonia whereas Arthur Pelamourgues will get behind the wheel of a Hyundai i20N Rally2. Finally, it must be mentioned that Lancia will absent from Rally Estonia which means that Nikolay Gryazin and Yohan Rossel will not defend their positions on the championship for the ninth WRC round.
