At the end of the Shakedown session, Takamoto Katsuta goes fastest on the ealry test at Rally del Paraguay with Hayden Paddon and Thierry Neuville completing the top three.

Takamoto Katsuta goes fastest on the Shakedown session of Rally Paraguay and improved his time on his third run throughout that stage.

Hayden Paddon, Thierry Neuville and Adrien Fourmaux set an identical pace in the Shakedown session, but the Kiwi was faster than his teammates for some thousandths of a second, so he is in the second place overall.

Fourmaux and Paddon were identical after the second run from SD with the last one having been on the top of the classification as Fourmaux was slower than his teammate for some thousandths of a second. However, Neuville set his best time after his third run from SD and matched his teammates, but he completed the Shakedown session at the third place which means that Fourmaux does the 2-3-4 for Hyundai Motorsport in Paraguay.

Only one tenth of a second separated the fifth Elfyn Evans from the Hyundai drivers as the Welshman headed to the eleventh WRC round with a 30-point advantage over the second Sami Pajari on the championship.

Jon Armstrong is the highest-placed driver for M-Sport Ford as he sits in sixth overall while he left Josh McErlean behind only for 0,8 seconds who had a big slide in the stage.

Oliver Solberg comes right behind the seventh McErlean for some thousandths of a second as both of them have set the same time in the session.

Sami Pajari and Sebastien Ogier are ninth and tenth overall respectively as the last one returned back to the wheel of his Toyota GR Yaris Rally1 after his heavy crash at Rally Finland. Last but not least, Vincent Landais will navigate Ogier in Paraguay.
