At the end of Sunday, Oliver Solberg is the winner of this year's Rally Chile with Sebastien Ogier and Adrien Fourmaux following him on the classification.
Oliver Solberg claims his second victory of the season and was out in front in Chile since the end of Friday morning. The young Swede driver set the fastest time in Stage 14 despite his rear right puncture there. Moreover, he was the fastest driver in Powerstage and scored the five bonus points from PS.
Sebastien Ogier moved up to second position overall at the end of Stage 15 by setting the pace there while he topped the SuperSunday standings which meants that he scored the five bonus points for his championship fight.
Adrien Fourmaux finished at the lowest pplace of the podium and remains the best driver for Hyundai Motorsport this year as he claimed another podium with his i20N. However, the Frenchman had a damaged rear tyre in Stage 13 while Ogier increased his gap from his compatriot to 10,8 seconds after the end of Stage 14. Finally, Fourmaux completed Stage 14 with a rear left tyre off the rim resulting in losing time there.
Sami Pajari gained one position and climbed from fifth to fourth overall at the end of Stage 15 after Elfyn Evans's puncture.
Elfyn Evans was second ahead of the third Ogier for 5,4 seconds at the end of Stage 13 and set the fastest time in SS13, but he dropped from second to fifth overall at the end of Stage 15 as he stopped to change a puncture resulting in losing more than two minutes.
Esapekka Lappi completes the top six on his fifth outing of the season with the third Hyundai i20N Rally1, but he was not happy with his performance this weekend.
Josh McErlean keeps his seventh place on the overall classification and damaged the front of his Puma in Stage 13 as he lost his braking point after a crest and stalled the engine resulting in sliding straight on and hitting a bank and a tree.
Jon Armstorng and Takamoto Katsuta are outside the top ten as both of them restarted under the SuperRally regulations. In fact, the M-Sport Ford driver finished ahead of Katsuta on the classification.
