Tanak and Sordo fined for breaking FIA sporting regulations in Sardinia

The stewards of Rally Italia Sardegna gave to Ott Tanak and to Dani Sordo a fine for not following the procedure after the cancellation of Stage 9.

More specifically, both drivers did not follow the Road Book itinerary between the Stop Control of SS9 and TC9A, therefore they skipped the refuel zone as Stages 8 and 9 were cancelled as they had enough fuel to their cars.

Therefore, the stewards decided to give a fine to both Hyundai drivers which means that Dani Sordo/Candido Carrera and Ott Tanak/Martin Jarveoja will have to pay 1.000€ each for this infringement.
