Rally Spain - Shakedown: Ogier goes fastest as Hyundai drivers struggled in the rain

At the end of the Shakedown session of Rally Spain, Sebastien Ogier sets an early pace on tarmac with Takamoto Katsuta and Pierre-Louis Loubet following him.

Sebastien Ogier tops the Shakedown times as he set the fastest time on his third run from that stage with Takamoto Katsuta following him for nine tenths of a second.

Pierre-Louis Loubet was the third fastest driver in Shakedown and continues his impressive performance after Acropolis Rally as Rally Spain will be his last event for this year.

Kalle Rovanpera is only in fourth place overall and left Elfyn Evans behind for only one tenth of a second.

Gus Greensmith was the second best M-Sport driver in Shakedown as he set the sixth fastest time whereas Adrien Fourmaux follows his teammate for five tenths of a second.

Craig Breen is only ninth overall as Pepe Lopez from WRC2 class was faster than him.

Ott Tanak, Dani Sordo and Thierry Neuville are outside the top ten as they struggled with the hard tyres on wet conditions. In fact, only the Toyota drivers used the soft tyres in SD as the other WRC team wanted to save the soft compounds for the rest of the weekend.
