At the end of Friday morning, Kalle Rovanpera is leading Rally Islas Canarias with Sebastien Ogier and Elfyn Evans following him.
Kalle Rovanpera is the rally leader in Islas Canarias as he set the fastest time on the first three stages of Friday.
Sebastien Ogier is in second place overall and left Elfyn Evans behind for 2,4 seconds.
Adrien Fourmaux is the top Hyundai driver and sits in fourth place overall after the disastrous Safari Rally Kenya he had a month ago.
Sami Pajari completes the top five as Takamoto Katsuta does the 5-6 for Toyota Gazoo Racing WRT.
Ott Tanak dropped one position and is now seventh overall while he probably faced some car issues with his i20N as he hinted at the end of Stage 3.
Thierry Neuville follows his teammate for 2,5 seconds and RallyTv reported some oil on the ground when he left the stop control of SS1.
Gregoire Munster and Josh McErlean complete the top ten with the last one reporting understeer at the end of Stage 2.
