Rossel and Dunand part ways after four successful seasons

Yohan Rossel and Arnaud Dunand end their collaboration after four seasons together, bringing an end to one of the most successful partnerships in recent WRC2 competition.

Rossel confirmed the news through a social media post, explaining that Dunand had decided to take a different direction in his career. The French duo recorded eight victories in the category during their time together, establishing themselves as regular front-runners.

Their separation marks the end of an important chapter for Rossel, who will now need to find a new co-driver for his upcoming commitments. The first indication of a potential replacement came at the Critérium des Cévennes, where Alexis Maillefert took over the co-driver's seat alongside the Frenchman.

Rossel heads into this new chapter following a competitive 2026 season, during which he claimed three victories with the Lancia Ypsilon Rally2. His next sporting programme is expected to be announced soon, with particular interest surrounding the identity of his new co-driver and the direction he will take in the coming season.

"After four years together and 8 WRC2 wins, Arnaud has decided to take his career in a new direction", Rossel said.

"Good luck for the future.

"Thank you for these great years and for all the job you’ve done by my side".
