Rally Finland - 2nd Day - 1st Loop: Rovanpera climbs the order, Tanak 8th



At the end of Friday morning, Kalle Rovanpera grabs the lead at Rally Finland with Adrien Fourmaux and Sami Pajari following him.

Kalle Rovanpera is leading Rally Finland since Stage 3 as he set the fastest time in SS3 and SS4.

Adrien Fourmaux is just 4,4 seconds behind Rovanpera and managed to gain four positions.

Sami Pajari comes right behind Fourmaux for 0,1 seconds and was the fastest driver in SS2 and in SS5 which means that he took his first ever WRC stage win.

Takamoto Katsuta is in fourth place overall and shared the lead with Rovanpera at the end of SS2.

Thierry Neuville dropped from third to fifth overall and was struggling with the rear of his i20N.

Elfyn Evans is in sixth position overall and left his teammate Sebastien Ogier behind for 0,4 seconds.

Ott Tanak lost seven places, as he was cleaning the road in the morning, and he is now eighth overall.

Martins Sesks, Josh McErlean and Gregoire Munster complete the top 11.

Munster had a half spin on the first right corner of Stage while he overshot a chicane in Stage 4.
