The organizers of Rally Paraguay announced the route of their event which will be held on August 27-30.
The recce will last two days starting on Tuesday 25 August and ending on Wednesday 26 August. The Shakedown session will start on Thursday 27 August at Carmen del Parana where the drivers will make their final adjustments to the car set-ups.
The real action starts on Friday 28 August with eight stages and 153,38 kilometers. The "Cambyretá" will be the opening stage of the day with 24,66Km while afterwards the crews will pass from "Nueva Alborada" which is a 16-kilometer stage. The biggest challenge is the two passes from "Yerbatera" as this stage is the longest of the rally with 33,88Km. Both loops conclude with the superspecial stage "Autódromo Alfredo Scheid".
The second day of Rally Paraguay contains nine stages and 137,34 competitive kilometers. The morning and the afternoon loop start with "Bella Vista" which is the longest stage of the day with 21,15Km. The following stage is "Bella Vista Sur" before the crews will tackle a 19-kilometer stage which is named as "Hohenau". The famous stage "Trinidad" will be the concluding stage of the morning loop while the second leg of Saturday concludes with the superspecial stage "Encarnación Costanera".
The final day includes five stages and 68,16Km. The loop starts with the first pass from "Encarnación" before the crews will head to "Artigas" and to "Artigas Oeste". The second run from "Artigas" will host the penultimate stage of the rally while the second pass from "Encarnación" will define which crew will score the five bonus points at Powerstage and SuperSunday.
In total, the Rally Paraguay 2026 contains 22 stages and 358,88 competitive kilometers.
