Barritt is set to skip Ypres Rally Belgium due his injury recovery

Daniel Barritt will probably miss Ypres Rally Belgium after his injury at Rally Estonia with Takamoto Katsuta waiting the final confirmation about his health, so the last one can compete in Belgium with another co-driver.

Katsuta and Barritt were forced to retire at the end of Stage 5 at Rally Estonia, because the British co-driver was in pain in his back after a jump and he was tranferred to the local hospital for more check-ups.

The doctors diagnosed that he was suffered a back injury and they recommended to him to take a rest for a while, so he can recover from this injury.

However, it is yet to confirm if Barritt is able to compete in Belgium alongside Katsuta and for this reason Keaton Williams is announced as possible replacement of Barritt.

Finally, it is predicted that Barritt will be declared fit to compete in Acropolis Rally Greece which will be held on September.
