Loeb to test the hybrid Ford Puma in Monte Carlo this week

According to DirtFish, Sebastien Loeb will test for the second time the hybrid Ford Puma this year while the negotiations between him and M-Sport Ford are still going for season 2022.

The nine-time World Rally Champion will be behind the wheel of Puma on Thursday to test it for Rallye Monte Carlo, but the test is located in France and the roads will be similar to those of Monte Carlo.

Loeb tested for the first time the 2022 Rally1 car of M-Sport Ford in the tarmac roads of Spain last month with the intention of giving feedback to the British team.

However, it is tipped that he will participate in Rallye Monte Carlo with M-Sport Ford next year and it is possible to have a part-time programme in 2022.

Finally, it must be mentioned that he expressed his interest for the team of M-Sport last August as he said that he would have thought his possible return to WRC if Malcolm Wilson needed him as his driver.
