Ogier's test with hybrid Yaris GR postponed as Evans crashed in France test

According to sources, Elfyn Evans crashed out today in France resulting in Sebastien Ogier's test postponement with the 2022 Rally1 car of Toyota.

Toyota Gazoo Racing WRC is in France and Kalle Rovanpera was its first driver who completed his test with the hybrid Yaris GR on Tuesday.

It was Elfyn Evans's turn today to spend time inside his new car, but his test did not have a happy ending as he had a crash.

As a result of that crash, the car was damaged and it is impossible for Toyota mechanics to prepare it for Sebastien Ogier's test which was supposed to be held on Thursday.

However, it must be mentioned that Evans and his co-driver, Scott Martin, are both okay.
