Hyundai uncovers its hybrid contender for 2022



Hyundai Motorsport revealed for the first time how the new look of its hybrid car will be like for 2022 becoming the first WRC team which did not use the prototype car for testing.


The Korean team is in Alsace to test the new i20N for the next year's Rallye Monte Carlo and the tests started last Sunday while their duration will last six days.


Oliver Solberg, Ott Tanak and Thierry Neuville have tested the Rally1 car of Hyundai in Alps while Dani Sordo will be absent from this test as he will not take part in Monte Carlo next season.


From the photos, it is easy noticeable that the roof spoiler is bigger and has more angles in comparison with the prototype car which was used earlier this year.


Finally, the most recent version of i20N has new air intake, front bumper and side wings.
