Loeb tipped to return for five events in WRC next season

According to recent rumors, Sebastien Loeb may return to World Rally Championship next year for five events with M-Sport Ford.

The nine-time World Rally Champion is committed to Dakar Rally program with Prodrive team and he will be in Saudi Arabia from January 1-14.

However, it is tipped that he will participate in next season's Rallye Monte Carlo with M-Sport Ford with the fourth Rally1 car of the team.

This means that Loeb will have six days to return from Saudi Arabia as the WRC season opener event will be held on January 20.

Moreover, apart from his participation at Rallye Monte Carlo, he may take part in other three gravel events and in one tarmac event of 2022 World Rally Championship.

Finally, it must be mentioned that Loeb has already tested twice the new Rally1 car of M-Sport Ford in Spain and in France.
