Skoda completed the development tests with the new generation Fabia Rally2 evo

Skoda Motorsport just finished its development test program with the new generation Fabia Rally2 evo in Finland, but it is unknown when the new car will make its first appearance in WRC2 category this season.

The Czech team was in Finland to test the new updated Fabia and three drivers drove it on snow.

More specifically, Andreas Mikkelsen, Emil Lindholm and Kris Meeke were behind the wheel of this new car and completed Skoda's five-day test program.

Despite the Fact that Skoda started this season in a positive way as Andreas Mikkelsen was the winner of Rallye Monte Carlo in WRC2 category, the team is working hard to develop further its car as the competition is very high in this category.

However, it must be mentioned that Skoda Motorsport withdrew its factory team two years ago, but it supports the private team Toksport which competes in WRC2 and in ERC with two Fabias.
