The organizers of Ypres Rally announced the entries of their event which reach 88.
For the WRC entries, Esapekka Lappi will join Elfyn Evans, Takamoto Katsuta and Kalle Rovanpera for a third event in a row as Sebastien Ogier will be absent from Ypres Rally. Thierry Neuville targets to win his home event again this year and will have Oliver Solberg and Ott Tanak as his teammates. M-Sport Ford will compete only with three cars which will be driven by Gus Greensmith, Adrien Fourmaux and Craig Breen.
The WRC2 participations are 21. Andreas Mikkelsen, Nikolay Gryazin and Marco Bulacia will drive the Skoda Fabia evo Rally2 of Toksport. Jari Huttunen will be behind the wheel of a Ford Fiesta MKII Rally2 after the debut he will do with the Puma at Rally Finland. Moreover, Yohan Rossel will fight against Mikkelsen for the victory of Ypres Rally with the first one driving a Citroen C3 R5. Stephane Lefebvre will drive another Citroen Rally2 car there. Gregoire Munster and Joshua McEarlen will will take part with a Hyundai i20N Rally2 while Freddy Loix, Christopher Ingram and Armin Kremer will get behind the wheel of a Skoda Rally2 car. Finally, Georg Linnamae will be the only WRC2 driver who will participate with a Volkswagen Polo GTI Rally.
