The Entry List of Rally Chile 2023

The organizers of Rally Chile announced the entries of their event which reach the 55.

For the WRC entries, Teemu Suninen will do his third outing of the season with the Hyundai i20N Rally1 and will join forces with Thierry Neuville and Esapekka Lappi to close the gap from the first Toyota. The Japanese team will take part in Chile with Kalle Rovanpera, Takamoto Katsuta and Elfyn Evans as Sebastien Ogier and Jari-Matti Latvala drove the fourth Yaris in Greece and Finland respectively. Alberto Hellerand Gregoire Munster will make their debuts at the main category of WRC in Chile and will drive a Puma Rally1 while M-Sport Ford mainly counts on Ott Tanak's and Pierre-Louis Loubet's efforts for the championship.

The WRC2 participants will be 22. Sami Pajari, Oliver Solberg, Gus Greensmith, Nikolay Gryazin, Kajetan Kajetanowicz, Marco Bulacia and Bruno Bulacia will drive the Skoda Fabia RS Rally2 at Rally Chile while Emil Lindholm and Fabrizio Zaldivar were chosen by Hyundai to compete there with the i20N Rally2. Mads Ostberg will make his WRC2 return in Chile with a Citroen C3 Rally2, but he will not score any points for the championship. The same car will be driven by Yohan Rossel and Pedro Heller. Finally, it must be mentioned that M-Sport Ford will not bring any Fiesta Rally2 in this event which is probably due to the logistics as there will be four Pumas at the top level.
