Ostberg withdraws his entry from Rally Chile

Mads Ostberg withdrew his entry from Rally Chile after the organizers published the amended entry list of their event.

The Norwegian driver is currently competing in ERC and MERC, but he lost the battle to become the ERC Champion as Hayden Paddon has already clinched this title after his gap being at 50 points with one event remaining until the season finale. 2021 was the final year that Ostberg took part in WRC2 class, but ever since he is competing in MERC and ERC which means that this week's Rally Chile would be his comeback to World Rally Championship after two years. He would drive a Citroen C3 Rally2 and would not score points there, but, unfortunately, he decided not to make his comeback to WRC and to skip this event.
