At the end of Saturday morning, Kalle Rovanpera remains out in front with Sebastien Ogier and Elfyn Evans following him.

Kalle Rovanpera is still leading Rally Islas Canarias at the end of Saturday morning and set the fastest time in all stages which means that he extended further his lead over the second Sebastien Ogier. However, he mentioned a problem with the downshift at the end of Stage 7.

Elfyn Evans completes the top three and was the third-fastest driver on the first two Saturday stages.

Sami Pajari sits in fourth place overall with Takamoto Katsuta doing the 1-2-3-4-5 for Toyota Gazoo Racing WRT.

Adrien Fourmaux gained two places and is now sixth overall while he will try to catch Katsuta on the afternoon loop.

Thierry Neuville and Ott Tanak lost one position as they slipped behind their teammate Fourmaux at the end of Stage 8.

Gregoire Munster remains the top M-Sport Ford driver as he is ninth overall.

Josh McErlean is still outside the top ten and was the driver who was opening the roads today.
