The stewards of Rally Italia Sardegna gave to Sebastien Ogier a fine as the last one breached the safety regulations of FIA.
Ogier secured his third win of the season in Sardinia, but he has to pay a fine of 1.500 euros as he broke the safety regulations of FIA. In fact, he unfastened his belts and his helmet and removed his gloves before his having reached at the Stop Control of Powerstage. The stewards examined the video and decided to fine Ogier for his behavior. Ogier managed to score 28 points in total from Rally Italia Sardegna and is now second overall on the championship standings.
