Rallye Monte Carlo - Shakedown: Ogier goes fastest as Rovanpera hits trouble



At the end of the Shakedown session of Rallye Monte Carlo, Sebastien Ogier tops in the shakedown times with Sebastien Loeb and Elfyn Evans following him.


Sebastien Ogier was the fastest driver in this early test before the start of Rallye Monte Carlo and set his fastest time in the third pass of SD.


Sebastien Loeb is in second position in shakedown times and was the fastest driver until the second pass of SD.


Elfyn Evans completes the top three and improved his time in the third pass.


Thierry Neuville is only fourth overall and his gap form Loeb is at four tenths of a second.


Adrien Fourmaux completes the top five in the Shakedown times.


Gus Greensmith set the sixth time in Shakedown and faced some technical issues with his Puma in the first pass as he drove very slowly. According to wrc.com, he lost the power steering on his Puma.


Craig Breen comes right behind his teammate and lost the power steering as well.


Takamoto Katsuta, Kalle Rovanpera and Ott Tanak compete the top ten.


Rovanpera stopped after just 400 meters on his third run of the stage, but it is still unknown what happened.



Oliver Solberg is outside of the top ten and passed three times from the Shakedown stage.
