At the end of Friday afternoon, Sebastien Ogier grabs the lead of Rally Sardinia with Adrien Fourmaux and Ott Tanak following him.
Sebastien Ogier is the new rally leader in Sardinia as he grabbed two positions in SS6 and moved up to first.
Adrien Fourmaux lost his rally lead at the end of SS6, but remains the top Hyundai driver.
Ott Tanak was 1,2 seconds behind Fourmaux at the end of SS5 and set the fastest time in SS4, but he does the 2-3 for Hyundai as he lost time in SS6 due to the fact that one damper was broken.
Sami Pajari finished his day in fourth position overall and stayed of trouble today meaning that he was able to take advantage over his rivals' mistakes.
Kalle Rovanpera completes the top five and was the fastest driver in SS5.
Elfyn Evans follows his teammate for 47 seconds, but he will have a greater road position tomorrow.
Takamoto Katsuta lost two places in Stage 5 and is now seventh overall as he rolled his Yaris on the penultimate stage of Friday. His Yaris was heavily damaged and the rear wing was missing.
Thierry Neuville was forced to retire in Stage 5 as he damaged the rear left suspension of his i20N when he hit the rear left with a rock. He was just 0,2 seconds ahead of Fourmaux at the end of SS4.
