Sebastien Ogier is talkng about the crash he had in Stage 10 of Central European Rally which led him to lose valuable points for his championship fight.

The eigh time WRC Champion lost his lead over Kalle Rovanpera at the end of Stage 9 with their gap being at 0,7 seconds before the start of Stage 10. However, Ogier was pushing hard in Stage 10 which led him to make a crucial mistake for his championship fight. More specifically, he understeered into a tree on the outside and hit hard into the front left side of his Toyota resulting in one wheel going off the car. Toyota will try to fix his Yaris for Sunday and his hope is to score as many points as possible from Powerstage and SuperSunday.

"Vincent and I are ok", Ogier said.

"Unfortunately we got a front-left puncture in SS10, and at the same time my sensor wasn't working so I didn't get the info about it.

"I only realized coming into an insignificant corner.

"The car just would not turn, we went into a ditch and ended up in a tree.

"There was nothing I could have done.

"I wasn't even trying too much because the stage was tricky, we knew that".
